We can make deliveries
365 days a year including Sundays and public holidays. We can
delivery the flowers or gifts on the same day if flower resource
is enough.

The price in the website is according to the average cost price in the market.
But in the special festival such as Valentine's Day, the cost of
flower price is very high, and also the weather condition can influence
the flower price, so we reserve the right to amend the price form
time to time and not have another notice.

Choice |
| The season
can influence the flower resource, so arrangement is not having
in full year in the catalogue. We have to sign the Spring /Summer
/Autumn and Winter four marks on every flower arrangements to discern
the main flower's seasonal, it should to bring convenience to each
customer. |
| Substitutions |
| Due to
weather condition and other factors beyond our control, it may be
necessary for us to substitute different flowers in our arrangements.
You will be advised at the time of ordering about substitutions
of the main flowers. Substitutions of accompanying flowers may be
necessary without notification but will be of comparable value and
color. |

Miles |

Only purchases made
by credit card are eligible for Asia Miles awards. Please quote
your Asia Miles membership number when you place your order by
phone, fax or internet. You can also earn Asia Miles for cash
or credit card purchase if you place your order in person in our
Shanghai Shop by presenting your Asia Miles membership card. If
you are not yet an Asia Miles member, you can enroll as an Asia
member at the time you place your order and you will be assigned
your Asia Miles Membership Number immediately so you can earn
Asia Miles instantaneously. You must return a completed Enrolment
Form to us within 1 week of placing your order or your Asia Miles
may be forfeited. The Terms and Conditions governing Asia Miles
are determined by Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Limited in
their sole discretion. The Wicker Express may terminate/ amend
the terms and conditions for the issuance of Asia Miles in our
sole discretion but such amendments /termination will not affect
purchase that have been made prior to such termination which are

For orders sent out under a company name, we can only accept
payment by cheque upon the completion of a Corporate Account Opening
Form available upon request. All invoices are due within 7 days
after presentation of invoice. Corporate Accounts which attain
a minimum annual purchase commitment of at least RMB6, 000 per
annum can receive a corporate discount. The company and their
stuff can win the 10% coupon, but corporate accounts enjoying
a cash discount are not eligible for Asia Miles awards, expect

to residential addresses are usually made from 4 pm to 7pm unless
otherwise specified. It is very important that you provide us with
the contact telephone number of the recipient so we can contact

Orders are usually delivered to an inside of Inner Highway address
within 4 hours from the time the order is confirmed.
Outside of Inner Highway Addresses
Orders placed before noon for deliveries to office addresses on
Outside of Inner Highway will normally be delivered before 4:30
pm. But occasionally we may have to decline such orders because
of unpredictable traffic conditions.
Outskirt
Deliveries to outlying islands will only be accepted on a case by
case basis subject to availability of manpower. |
| Deliveries
to Hospitals |
| We appreciate
that orders for deliveries to hospitals are more difficult to anticipate
so we will every effort to fulfill same day orders. Deliveries to
hospitals are usually made in the early evening but if you wish
the order to be delivered in the morning or before a specific time,
please let us know. |

Delivery Service Surcharge |
We will
add RMB40 express delivery or Special delivery charge on the standard;
it does not include normal delivery charge.
We also arranged the appointed time delivery service (i.e. 10:00am
or inside 15 minutes. This charge same as express delivery service
surcharge. The above Surcharge is in addition to the normal delivery
charge, if any. Express Delivery Service is not available during
peak seasons such as Valentine's Day, Secretary's Day and other
peak periods. |
| Flower
Care |
Flowers
are very fragile. Proper care of flowers will ensure longer shelf
life. All flower arrangements and bouquets are accompanied by a
packet of flower food when they are delivered. When applicable,
a Flower Care Instruction card will accompany the flower arrangements
giving advice on how to care for specific flowers.

flower arrangements (except for Interflora orders to overseas) are
backed up by an unconditional money-back guarantee or free replacement.
We should be notified of any problem immediately upon receipt of
the flowers. We reserve the right to refuse a request for refund
if such request is not received by us on a timely basis. |

& Suggestions |
We welcome
feedback and input from our customers. All flower and gift baskets
are accompanied by a feedback form at the time of delivery. A feedback
form will be sent to you together with a photograph of the arrangement.
All feedback forms are received and reviewed by our management on

Overseas Orders |
Delivery
to Hong Kong: If have stock we can delivery to Hong Kong in the
same day. The Hong Kong Wicker Express was opened in 7 days a week.
We offer the same high level service like as Shanghai. You can get
the arrangement photo by e-mail or mail. The Asia Miles award level
was also same as Shanghai. You can earn 5 Asia Miles on each RMB8
to consume in our shop; Very VIP customer can earn 8 Asia Miles.
Delivery to other country: Overseas orders should be placed at least
2 business days in advance and must be pre-paid by credit cards.
Same day deliveries may be possible to some locations but cannot
be guaranteed. Note: Many countries do not offer Sunday deliveries.
Please appreciate that overseas Interflora orders are prepared by
member florists and not by The Wicker Express. Accordingly, The
Wicker Express arrangements shown in this website are not available
for overseas delivery. Due to differences in weather conditions
and import restrictions, it is important to specify a first choice
and second choice of flowers when placing your Interflora order.
Photographs and recipient feedback of the arrangements are not available.
Interflora orders must be pre-paid by credit card. The minimum for
overseas orders is RMB600 inclusive of all handling charges. Photographs
of the actual arrangement delivered are not available for overseas
orders. |
